A Tad Bit of Self-Promotion

…and I promise you won’t hear this from me again!

I have officially had nearly four months(!?) of mom blogging, and I have really enjoyed this as my creative outlet.  I have loved hearing feedback from more seasoned moms as well, and hopefully helping another new mom or two along the way. I know there are about eleventy-gazillion mom blogs out there, and I know I read several daily that are way better than my own, but as far as I’m concerned – the more the merrier around here – I love the dialogue!

So, I made us a facebook page to give non-blogger users a way to see when a new post pops up.  I would be honored if you would head over and “like” The New Mommy Files.

I also added us to the list over at topbabyblogs.com, and you can vote for us (once a day even)!  I don’t expect to be number one, or even number 90, but it will be fun to move about the list and give more people a chance to see us and pop by.

I also finally changed the look and feel to something that not any old blogger can have (well, they can have everything but the header – I’m no web designer, but I tried), and I would love to hear how you like it.
